Finance Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance and accounting activities.
• Support financial data entry, bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, budgets, and financial statements.
• Help monitor accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoices, and transactions.
• Support bank reconciliation and financial record keeping.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data and business information.
• Help maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and accounting files.
• Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to organize data and prepare reports.
• Support general finance administration and business operations as needed.
